As an executive, early team member and product leader, he has helped grow three B2B SaaS startups to successful exits: mobile messaging and payments provider MX Telecom (2002-2012), digital identity and authentication leader TeleSign (2012-1016), and decentralized identity pioneer Evernym (2016-2022). James is based in London, England.

He holds a Masters in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, certifications in privacy technology and agile product management, and a 2:49 marathon PB.
